CY is funded primarily through a combination of federal and state grants. These include:

• the Vermont Department of Health's "Community Tobacco Control" grant and "Strategic Prevention Framework" grant;
• the U.S. Department of Education's "Safe and Drug-Free Schools & Communities" grant;
• the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration "Drug Free Communities Support" program grant;
• the Vermont Department of Health's "New Directions Student Assistance Program" grant; and
• the Vermont Department of Education's "School-based Tobacco Prevention" grant.

In addition, CY solicits funding from local individuals and businesses through an annual membership campaign. (Please go to the link "Join" for more information on this.)
