Past EventsSince 1996, CY has honored community volunteers who have gone above and beyond the call of duty in supporting youth and families. CY gathers nominations from a variety of sources, including parents, students, volunteers, business members, etc. Over time we have honored more than 200 community volunteers and we need your help to identify new 2016 recipients! We welcome nominations all year, and will start the vetting process in late 2015. Rest assured, if you fill out this survey, we will receive the information and will contact you in December or January.
