CY got it’s start in 1990 as a volunteer organization created by a handful of committed parents from Charlotte. Since then it has grown to being a district-wide prevention coalition with 11 staff (7 equivalent full time employees) dedicated to promoting a safe and healthy environment for our youth and working to support youth and families in the Champlain Valley School District.
